Gemini Moon terms of use (TOU)Our terms of use here are pretty simple.
Please follow them exactly as I have them posted, and show respect for my site. I work hard on it, The artists who make the work I tag work hard on it.
The Terms of Use apply to you whether you have read them or not.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me.Please dont change the coding under the images. This is part of the way I get hits back to my site, and it really helps.
Do not claim that you made the graphics your self.
EVERYTHING on this site is linkware.What this means is if you use it, you are required to add a link, button or banner to your site or wherever it is you have used my graphics.
Some of the graphics that dont have my link written on,in or under them (such as the divider bars, or icons....how awful would it look to see "geminimoon.net" written on every small icon?! :) )
And they are the ones I would like for you to add a link to my site with.
You can find small buttons and banners here.You will notice most of the graphics already have a link on them, written right on the graphics, with my sites address, the name of the artist (if it isnt my own work) and a link to the artists site and also sometimes my C.I.L.M. id number if the art is not free to use art.
None of this can be removed. It is following the artists TOS.
You may not rip apart the images and make you own.
I have a great list of the artist I use, (In the
"about the artists" section) and links to their pages. Go...check them out...and PLEASE read their TOS also.
Also, if you have a site and want to add my graphics to it just for show, or for your own sites collection, please contact me and ask. If you do put my graphics on your (as a collective or showcase, not just to make your own site pretty) you must make it very obvious that the work is made from geminimoon.net by writing that the work is not made by you, and you must add a link to geminimoon.net also.
I dont mind people doing this, but I also dont want people going to their sites for my new graphics, I want them to come to my site of course :)
If you use a layout from here, whether its a Myspace layout or a premade website layout, you must not remove the link I have on there, and defiantly not claim that you made it.
Making layouts can be long and tedious work, especially when your still fairly new at coding.
If you want to make website layout...and actually NOT steal other peoples coding (huh? What a concept!!!)
