This is a tutorial on how to make "blends" as they are called. Its basically where you take different pictures, and blend them together so they look like its suppose to be this way.
1.First you are gonna need at least two pictures, but I always use at least three pictures when making mine. If you would like to use the same pictures I am using for this tutorial, you can get them below.
Picture 1Picture 2Picture 3After you have your three pictures open then up in Paint Shop.
2.You can resize the pictures if you'de like. Make a new image. Make sure it can hold all three pictures with a little extra room to move around. I made mine with a dark green background to go with the pictures I'm using.
3.Then using this tool (its the selecter tool)

Match your settings to mine...

4.Take your cursor while using the selector tool and pull it for the size of the picture. You'll see the blinking square around the pic like above.
5.Copy the picture and paste it onto your blank background.
It will look like the pic below.

Now follow these same steps (steps 3-5) with the other two pictures.
Once your done, take this tool

and move the three pictures next to each other on the page, where there overlapping each other. Just mess around with it until it looks right to you.
Sometimes, this is all that wil be needs to do, and the pictures will blend together perfectly. Most of the time its almost done, but you'll see the line of one of the pictures showing though like this below.

To fix this go to your selector tool again. Where you need to blend together is where you need to pull the selector tool over it. Make sure that the area you are working on is the layer that you have clicked on over on the right hand side of the screen click on the layer that you are needing to blend.

It will look like this...

Press the delete button on your keyboard at least 2 or 3 times until it has blended together well.
Now all you have to do (if you want to) is add any text you may want on the blend, or add some brushes is usually a nice effect.
There is at least one other way to make blends that I know of, and you can always play around with things to find your own little tricks, this is just the best way I have found to make them.
This is what my finished product looks like....
